攪拌裝置概述:
用(yong)(yong)來(lai)運送建(jian)筑用(yong)(yong)的混凝(ning)(ning)土的專用(yong)(yong)卡車;由于它的外形,也常(chang)被稱為田(tian)螺車。這(zhe)類卡車上都裝(zhuang)置圓(yuan)筒(tong)(tong)型的攪拌(ban)筒(tong)(tong)以運載混合后的混凝(ning)(ning)土。在運輸過(guo)程(cheng)中會(hui)始終保持攪拌(ban)筒(tong)(tong)轉動,以保證所運載的混凝(ning)(ning)土不會(hui)凝(ning)(ning)固。運送完混凝(ning)(ning)土后, 通常(chang)都會(hui)用(yong)(yong)水沖洗(xi)攪拌(ban)筒(tong)(tong)內部, 防止硬(ying)化的混凝(ning)(ning)土占用(yong)(yong)空間(jian), 使攪拌(ban)筒(tong)(tong)的容(rong)積越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)少。
混凝土(tu)攪拌裝置-混凝土(tu)攪拌裝置的結(jie)構(gou)原理:
混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土攪拌(ban)(ban)運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)由汽車(che)底(di)盤(pan)和混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土攪拌(ban)(ban)運(yun)輸(shu)專用裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置組(zu)成。我國生產(chan)的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土攪拌(ban)(ban)運(yun)輸(shu)車(che)的(de)(de)底(di)盤(pan)多采用整車(che)生產(chan)廠(chang)家提供的(de)(de)二類通(tong)用底(di)盤(pan)。其專用機構(gou)(gou)主要包括取(qu)力(li)器、攪拌(ban)(ban)筒前(qian)后支架(jia)、減(jian)速(su)機、液壓(ya)系統(tong)、攪拌(ban)(ban)筒、操(cao)縱(zong)機構(gou)(gou)、清洗(xi)系統(tong)等。工(gong)作原理是,通(tong)過取(qu)力(li)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置將汽車(che)底(di)盤(pan)的(de)(de)動力(li)取(qu)出,并(bing)驅(qu)動液壓(ya)系統(tong)的(de)(de)變量泵,把機械能轉化為液壓(ya)能傳給定量馬(ma)達,馬(ma)達再驅(qu)動減(jian)速(su)機,由減(jian)速(su)機驅(qu)動攪拌(ban)(ban)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,對混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土進行攪拌(ban)(ban)。
